Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Warren, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a construction and industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, work areas, parking areas, perimeter points, and access gates, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
- Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities in clear, timely reports while helping to deter unauthorized activity and supporting a professional site environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
