As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator to help create meaningful opportunities for employees to build community, learn from one another, and strengthen connections across our global workforce. 

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition & DEIB, this role will support the coordination and execution of HealthEdge's Belonging & Inclusion programs, including our iBelong employee community.  

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and believes in the power of community to create meaningful employee experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and project management skills with a genuine interest in fostering connection across teams, cultures, backgrounds, and geographies. They are equally comfortable coordinating event logistics, partnering with speakers, facilitating discussions, gathering employee feedback, and helping employees feel connected to the broader HealthEdge community.

Through thoughtful programming, community-building initiatives, and employee engagement activities, the Program Manager helps strengthen connections across our global workforce and supports the continued growth of our iBelong community. 

What You'll Do 

Program  Coordination and Planning 

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of Belonging & Inclusion programs and events across the organization 
  • Manage the annual iBelong calendar, including speaker sessions, panel discussions, employee forums, awareness events, and community-building activities 
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including logistics, registrations, materials, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external speakers to deliver engaging and impactful programming 
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring a high-quality employee experience 
  • Support regional and global Belonging & Inclusion initiatives, including emerging programs such as the iBelong India pilot 

Community Building & Employee Engagement 

  • Support and strengthen the iBelong employee community globally 
  • Create opportunities for employees to connect across teams, functions, geographies, and backgrounds 
  • Facilitate employee discussions, roundtables, and community events with professionalism, confidence, and ease 
  • Support employee-led initiatives and volunteer leaders participating in Belonging & Inclusion programming 
  • Help identify topics and experiences that foster connection, belonging, and inclusion throughout the organization 

Communications & Promotion 

  • Partner closely with the Internal Communications team to promote Belonging & Inclusion initiatives and events 
  • Coordinate event communications, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up materials 
  • Help maintain awareness and visibility of Belonging & Inclusion programming across the organization 
  • Ensure employees have access to relevant resources, information, and opportunities to participate 

Measurement & Insights 

  • Track attendance, participation, and engagement metrics across Belonging & Inclusion programming 
  • Create and administer employee polls, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and measure program effectiveness 
  • Analyze participation trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement 
  • Prepare regular updates and reports summarizing program activity, participation, and outcomes 
  • Support data-driven recommendations for future programming and engagement opportunities 

Program Support 

  • Support the execution of annual and quarterly Belonging & Inclusion priorities 
  • Research emerging trends and best practices related to belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, and workplace culture 
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for future programming based on employee feedback and organizational needs 
  • Partner with stakeholders across the People Team to support broader employee experience initiatives where appropriate 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2-4 years of experience in employee experience, DEIB, human resources, communications, learning and development, event management, community engagement, program coordination, or a related field 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, initiatives, or community activities 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams and functions 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and survey or collaboration tools 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, or workplace culture 
  • Experience supporting employee resource groups, community-building initiatives, volunteer programs, employee engagement efforts, or DEIB programming 
  • Experience facilitating meetings, employee discussions, workshops, or group conversations 
  • Experience working with global teams and diverse audiences 
  • Familiarity with employee surveys, feedback tools, and participation analytics 
  • Experience partnering with communications, HR, or employee experience teams

  • Employees consistently engage with iBelong programming and community-building opportunities 
  • Participation, attendance, and engagement data are tracked and leveraged to continuously improve programming 
  • Strong partnerships are built across Communications, HR, Learning & Development, and business teams 
  • Employees feel more connected to one another and to the broader HealthEdge culture 
  • Global participation continues to grow, including support for regional initiatives and community-building efforts
