Operating in a pivotal administrative and coordination capacity, you will streamline vendor qualification workflows, oversee contract lifecycle administration, and deliver foundational support to the central supply division. By ensuring high data integrity across key enterprise management tools and facilitating seamless communication across cross-functional stakeholders, playing a direct role in maintaining corporate governance, driving supplier performance, and safeguarding organizational compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, the professional manages end-to-end vendor onboarding and credential qualification through dedicated digital platforms, serving as the primary liaison for operational requests and rigorous compliance checks. Core operational duties include continuously auditing supplier documentation, provisioning system user access, generating specialized analytical reports, and proactively driving action completion among internal colleagues and external vendor partners via telephonic and written outreach. Additionally, the role involves orchestrating central inbox communications, providing helpdesk assistance for contract tracking tools, archiving crucial documentation for audit readiness, preparing progress reviews for leadership, and directly supporting management with overarching administrative coordination.
Requirements
You demonstrate functional fluency in both Dutch and English, alongside strong proficiency in core desktop software, particularly advanced data manipulation capabilities in spreadsheet applications using tools such as pivot tables and trend visualizations. Essential qualifications include an agile mindset with the capacity to master internal software management tools rapidly with minimal oversight, as well as a demonstrated commitment to strict confidentiality and ethical governance standards.
