We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational Practice team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in our Sunrise office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will serve as a Senior Relationship Officer for key relationships and new business wins, partner closely with TCI Practice Leaders across the network, and help drive sales, compliance, and growth objectives across the region.

We will count on you to:

  • Work on new and expanded opportunities as defined by the Multinational Practice (‘MNP’, formerly ‘GCG’) guidelines
  • Serve as the Senior Relationship Officer for key relationships and the largest new business wins
  • Work closely with TCI Practice Leaders to create prospecting lists and defined targets
  • Promote and drive all new sales initiatives, including a thorough understanding of Marsh BBE
  • Produce high quality reports and presentation materials as part of the RFP process and in renewal reports
  • Maintain all industry-based Go to Market Plans
  • Coordinate with colleagues in the regions, working closely with Marsh CHE and Industry Leaders
  • Lead and/or support new business presentations
  • Manage all stages of the funnel and record all prospects accurately in MarshForce
  • Fully understand and use the analytical capability of MiCredit, producing evidence-based metrics for industry and trade sectors for prospects
  • Fully understand Marsh Analytics for TCI
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed and engage with the local TC country practice to ensure all regulatory requirements are met in full
  • Use all available tools, including Axco and Crystal, to understand regulation requirements ahead of placement
  • Work with the TC country practice and Tax & Regulatory advisors regarding income flows, rebating, and other country-specific practices
  • Ensure income allocation is in accordance with the MNP Service Charter & Income Allocation Models
  • Produce stewardship reports if required
  • Work with the Head of the MNP and MNP Global Sales Leader to produce budget forecasts for the region aligned with global targets
  • Negotiate client fees in line with account profitability and value proposition
  • Support the EMEA growth target and overall alignment with MNP growth goals

  • Leadership and a proven record of delivering global TCI solutions for clients
  • Strong growth orientation and the ability to lead sales opportunities
  • Creativity in the RFP process and confidence in new business presentations
  • Ability to identify clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs and objectives
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
  • International mindset with the ability to embrace different cultural views and ideas
  • Ability to build long-term relationships internally with key stakeholders
  • Ambition to deliver best practice, market-leading solutions, and continuously refresh messaging to remain current and relevant
