Business Analyst
Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are looking for a technically strong and business-savvy Business Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team. This role sits at the intersection of our finance, ICT and operational teams- supporting our finance systems, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across our finance landscape.
Mōu ake | About You
You’ll bring strong Business Analyst experience, with an understanding of accounting processes, within a large, complex environment. Your biggest strength is your ability to ask the right questions to ensure business requirements address the core issues and are aligned with our overall product and transformation strategies. In doing this, you will apply your knowledge of best practice, compliance and efficiency to your methodologies. This extends to knowing when and where there may be opportunities to incorporate Agentic AI into process and system design. Ideally your systems experience will include Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EPM and Microsoft Dynamics (or at least one of these). System change management experience will help position our team for a smooth transition and maximise benefits from new technology, to take Beca into the future.
