About the Technology Group
Evergreen is looking for a Head of Innovation & Intelligence to shape how we use data, analytics, and AI to drive smarter decisions and fuel growth.
Enterprise Technology sits at the center of how Evergreen operates and scales. In this role, you’ll define our enterprise intelligence vision—connecting business strategy with data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to improve clarity, efficiency, and outcomes across the company. This role reports to a C-suite member and you will partner closely with leaders across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Set the Enterprise Intelligence Vision: Define and advance Evergreen’s strategy for data, analytics, and AI—ensuring intelligence capabilities are tightly aligned to business priorities and growth.
- Turn Strategy into Insight: Translate complex business needs into intelligence-driven initiatives that improve visibility, decision-making, and outcomes across the organization.
- Enable Smarter Decisions with Data & AI: Champion the use of enterprise data, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools to solve real business problems and unlock new opportunities.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Media, Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to embed intelligence into how work gets done.
- Guide AI & Automation Adoption: Identify, prioritize, and pilot practical AI and automation use cases grounded in strong data foundations and responsible AI practices.
- Shape the Analytics & Data Ecosystem: Help evolve Evergreen’s enterprise data and analytics environment, including cloud platforms, BI tools, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Lead Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in analytics, AI, and enterprise technology—guiding pilots, proofs of concept, and experimentation that deliver real value.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in enterprise data, analytics, intelligence, AI, or innovation leadership roles
- Strong business acumen with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear insights
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled solutions (Copilot, LLMs, automation)
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional leaders
- High EQ, strong judgment, and a collaborative leadership style
- Experience scaling new capabilities or standing up new functions is a plus
- Experience with modern data infrastructure (Snowflake, S3, etc.)
- Strong SQL proficiency, with working knowledge of Python
- Background working with large-scale, high-velocity datasets
- Understanding of data pipelines, modeling, and preparing data for AI/ML use cases
Salary: $225,000-$250,000 plus bonus
The above represents the expected base salary range for this role.
