About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Saturday Office Assistant based in our Summertown office in Oxford.

Why Knight Frank?

Role:

We are looking for a Saturday office assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients. The role is based in our Summetown office in Oxford between the hours of 9am and 2pm.  

You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, registering clients, arranging viewings, welcoming clients who visit the office and discussing details of properties, all whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service. You will enjoy using a personal approach to ensure our customers have a positive, valuable and seamless experience.

Parking will be provided on site.

Responsibilities:

·        Acting as a professional brand ambassador for the office

·        Welcoming and managing walk-ins

·        Answering phones, dealing with enquiries and arranging viewings

·        Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable available properties

·        Communicating fully with all parties involved to ensure that bookings are managed in an efficient and professional manner

·        The ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about the office property list and the local area

·        Supporting the viewing team

·        Providing comprehensive and detailed feedback to the wider team post shift

·        Being a key-holder

·        Attending mandatory online training to support this role

Key Requirements:

·        Previous experience in a client-facing role.

·        A proactive, confident, and customer-focused approach

·        Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic IT skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        The ability to work independently and unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
