Collections Analyst with Spanish

We are looking for a Credit & Collections Team Lead with Spanish to lead Credit & Collections activities and drive cash flow optimization by ensuring timely customer payments. The role combines team leadership, customer relationship management, process improvement, and compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Credit & Collections resources to maximize cash collection and improve accounts receivable performance.
• Manage collection activities for an assigned portfolio through phone, email, and collection tools.
• Oversee delinquent accounts, payment plans, escalations, and complex customer situations.
• Drive process improvements and support the implementation of system enhancements.
• Partner with business units and key stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve collection results.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and company standards.
• Maintain high-quality service, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish language skills (C1/C2).
• Experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Good understanding of SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous team leadership experience is an advantage.
