Requisitos del Puesto
- Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial o Ingeniería en Sistemas Productivos.
- Nivel: Estudiante de los últimos semestres con disponibilidad de 6 meses
- Disponibilidad: Horario requerido para trabajar de manera 100% presencial en la planta de producción.
- Liderazgo de influencia: Capacidad para guiar a los líderes de producción sin tener autoridad formal.
- Pensamiento analítico: Habilidad para detectar cuellos de botella
- Facilidad de palabra: Capacidad de comunicación y empatía para capacitar eficazmente al personal operativo.
- Disciplina y asertividad: Firmeza para auditar el Mantenimiento Autónomo y asegurar la puntualidad.
- Resolución de conflictos: Habilidad para manejar la resistencia al implementar el trabajo estandarizado.
- Lean Manufacturing: Dominio de Standard Work, metodologías TPM, administración de TIER 1 y auditorías.
- Excel y Power BI: Capacidad para diseñar tableros de control de horarios y métricas.
- Diseño de procesos: Conocimiento en diagramas de flujo, mapeo de procesos y ayudas visuales.
Responsabilidades:
- Administrar el sistema de tickets para situaciones del personal (faltas, procedimientos, entre otras).
- Desarrollar trabajo estandarizado para líderes de producción. Controlar horarios del personal (salidas a comer, baños, descansos, etc.).
- Estandarizar el TIER 1, incluyendo formato y agenda con llegadas a tiempo, salidas y entradas.
- Fortalecer el sistema de Mantenimiento Autónomo: función, modificación, entrenamiento al personal y auditoría del seguimiento de pasos y tareas asignadas.
