The Partnerships Business Analyst supports the integration and data-source partnerships owned by the Manager, Product Management, helping track and coordinate the many moving pieces involved in developing and maintaining them. You'll assist and coordinate in turning early partner interest into signed, certified, supported integrations — tracking the status and steps to onboard each new technology partner — and help keep those relationships healthy for the life of the contract.
This role will operate as a relationship-and-operations-focused coordinator, combining:
Structured tracking of commitments, certifications, and renewal deadlines
Cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and Support
Relationship-building and outreach support with external partner POCs
Business context and input to help inform partnership priorities set by product leadership
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on staying organized across many concurrent relationships and deadlines, rather than just high outreach volume.
The Core Competencies We Hire and Develop For
Ownership – You track commitments through to completion and don't let things slip between the cracks
Cross-Functional Fluency – You translate cleanly between Product, Legal, and external partner teams
Relationship Discipline – You maintain partner trust through consistent, two-way communication — routing internal requests out to partner POCs and partner updates back to the right internal teams
Commercial Thinking – You provide input on business impact to help inform partnership priorities set by product leadership
Process Rigor – You build systems (trackers, calendars, CRM records) that don't depend on memory
How You'll Shape the Experience
Support outreach and early-stage partner development, including identifying prospective integration partners and points of contact
Track the status and steps required to onboard each new technology partner, from initial interest through certification and launch
Maintain a calendar of API certification renewals, contract expirations, and other time-sensitive partner obligations, driving renewal work ahead of deadlines
Serve as a day-to-day communication link between internal teams and partner POCs — routing internal requests out and partner updates back to the right stakeholders
Maintain an up-to-date directory of partner support points of contact and escalation paths
Shepherd partner contracts through legal review and execution, tracking status and unblocking delays
Support Product Managers and the Sources PM by organizing and tracking partnership targets tied to roadmap needs, with prioritization set by the Manager, Product Management
Track and report on partnership pipeline health, integration status, and partner performance metrics
Assist with day-to-day maintenance of existing partner relationships — check-ins, issue triage, renewal conversations — so integrations don't go stale between major initiatives
Escalate strategic or high-value partnership opportunities to the Manager, Product Management for direct involvement
Additional duties as assigned
