Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Administration of Oracle Clusterware components. Adding and Deletion of Nodes. Workload Management, Administering Services. High Availability Using Oracle Clusterware. Oracle RAC Database Performance and Tuning issues. Oracle RAC Database Backup and Recovery Solutions. Oracle RAC servers Automated Monitoring. Analysis of AWR Reports and provide recommendations. RAC server Trend Reports. Partitioning ASM Troubleshooting Automation of Oracle RAC critical Alerts. Oracle RAC Troubleshooting. Oracle RAC Upgrade and Migration. GoldenGate Troubleshooting and configuration
