What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchase process

• Build strong relationships by listening to customer needs and helping them find the right vehicle

• Present new and used vehicle options, features, benefits, and financing information in a clear and professional way

• Follow up with customers by phone, email, text, and CRM tools to provide a high level of service

• Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver a smooth customer experience

• Maintain strong product knowledge of Ford vehicles, dealership inventory, and current sales opportunities

• Support dealership goals while creating a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience

• Stay organized with customer information, appointments, lead follow-up, and daily sales activity

• Bring energy, professionalism, and follow-through to a fast-paced sales floor

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales, car sales, or vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required

• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience encouraged

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional, positive, and motivated attitude

• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment

• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

• Confidence working with customers in person, by phone, and online

• Willingness to learn dealership processes, Ford products, and automotive sales best practices

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
