Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Open to new graduates; experienced candidates a plus
- Skilled in comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, and clinical leadership
- Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, and strategic thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence
- Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification
