• Support daily CNC manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Assist with automation and robotics projects for CNC machining cells.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, downtime, and OEE metrics.
• Support PLC, HMI, sensor, and machine communication troubleshooting activities.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process validation, first article inspections, and quality improvement activities.
• Participate in equipment commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Robotics, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, sensors, and industrial automation concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience in manufacturing or automation is a plus.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
