Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP) is the first school under the care of LEARN Corporation. It blends academic excellence from LEARN Corporation’s Business Units such as OnDemand, Ignite, EduSmith and Code Genius with innovation from across LEARN’s ecosystem to create a modern, student-centered learning environment. Position Overview:

We are seeking a bold, action-oriented Head of People Strategy to transform how talent drives educational excellence and business growth at Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP). You do not need a traditional HR backgroundor decades of experience to succeed here. Whether you come from business strategy, consulting, or a rising leadership role, what matters most is your drive to create deeply impactful outcomes for our students, our parents, and the overall standard of education.

Moving beyond routine administration, you will act as a core business partner to the school's leadership and LEARN Corporation. Your mission is to design the performance cultures and organizational frameworks that empower our educators and directly align with our core goals: the quality of education for our students, the trust of our parents, and the sustainable growth of the school.

What You’ll Drive (Strategic Outcomes & Business Impact):

• Outcome-Driven Culture: Redesign performance, development, and talent strategy frameworks to directly align with the school’s core metrics—specifically focusing on teaching excellence, student success, and parent satisfaction.
• Organizational Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in how the school operates and introduce smart efficiencies, workflow automation, and modernized structures so that academic staff can focus their energy on students, not administrative friction.
• Stakeholder Experience: Act as a crucial bridge between staff performance and parent/student outcomes. Ensure that our people strategy directly enhances the daily experience of the families we serve.
• Corporate Alignment & Local Agility: Adapt and elevate LEARN Corporation’s central HR policies to serve the specific, dynamic needs of the LSP school environment, acting as a strategic partner to school executives.
• Operational Excellence & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring the execution of day-to-day operational HR activities, which is crucial in order to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Development, People Strategy, or Organizational Development. We value bold ideas, execution capability, and a proven track record of driving change over years spent in a senior seat.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how talent strategy impacts the bottom line and customer (parent/student) experience.
• Transformation Mindset: Proven ability to modernize legacy processes, drive change management, and implement new technologies or frameworks to improve organizational efficiency.
• Leadership Presence & Conviction: High capacity to navigate and influence complex stakeholder environments. You must have the confidence to partner with corporate executives, Thai and international teaching staff, driving initiatives with conviction.
• Communication: Strong command of English and Thai, with the ability to communicate strategic vision clearly to both local and foreign staff.
• Education Context: Not mandatory. A genuine passion for elevating the standard of education through people is required.

Work Conditions:

• Based full-time on-site at LSP School (Khlong Sam Wa).
• Strategic coordination and occasional travel to LEARN Corporation HQ (MBK Center).
