At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. - Salary Starting at: $50,000+ per year (final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- REQUIRED: Master's degree in human services or related field
- **Free Supervision for LSW and LPC with free courses for CEUs**
- Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30p with rotating call for after hours residential clinical needs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members and consults with treatment team regularly for the development of and progress towards treatment goals in accordance with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines.
- Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact as applicable.
- Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR in accordance with program policy.
- Provides documentation and support for utilization review in a timely way and participates in UR process as outlined in program policy.
- Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process as applicable.
- Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
- Participates in on call rotation as directed by supervisor and in accordance with program policy.
- Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information.
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, & Experience:
- Required: Master’s Degree in a Human Services or related field
- Preferred: LPC, LCSW, or LICSW
- Preferred: Experience in within the mental health/ trauma, eating disorder, or substance use domains
