The role
The Business Analyst for EHS, Quality, and Medical & Occupational Health (M&OH) applications will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital solutions that enable safe, compliant, and high performing operations across global sites. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, supporting solution design, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of EHS, Quality, and M&OH applications. The ideal candidate brings strong process understanding in safety, quality, and occupational health, experience with digital systems in these domains, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
What you'll be responsible for
Requirements & Process Analysis
• Gather and document business requirements for EHS, Quality, and M&OH systems, map processes, and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across compliance and operational workflows.
Solution Design & Implementation
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to design, configure, and deploy EHS and Quality solutions, supporting data mapping, validation, integration, and global rollouts.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop and execute test cases, manage UAT, track defects, and validate system outputs such as incident reports, audit logs, and quality metrics before go-live.
Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement
• Work with EHS, Quality, HR/Health, and Operations teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support training and change management activities.
Operations & Support
• Provide ongoing functional support, resolve incidents, monitor system performance and data quality, and maintain documentation and process knowledge.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Support integration with enterprise systems and drive improvements through automation, analytics, dashboards, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
We're looking for someone who
.Required Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, IT, or a related field, with experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in EHS, Quality, or Occupational Health domains.
• Understanding of EHS and quality processes such as incident management, audits, CAPA, risk assessments, health surveillance, and compliance workflows.
• Experience with EHS/Quality/M&OH systems (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, SAP QM) along with requirements gathering, process mapping, and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, OSHA) and compliance standards.
• Exposure to SAP QM/EHS modules, system integrations with ERP/MES, and digital compliance platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-site rollouts, global compliance programs, and incident/audit workflows.
• Familiarity with risk analysis, incident investigation methods, and advanced reporting or analytics tools.
