This hybrid role balances managing key accounts with leading and empowering the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and achieve organizational goals.This is a remote position in the US with frequent travel requirements and reports to the Associate Director of Customer Success. Ideal candidate open to working East Coast hours, regardless of physical location.
