The Partnership Analytics and Reports Sr. Specialist is responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support the Partnership’s strategic goals. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and the bank to ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as analyzing data to identify trends, generating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making process to enhance and optimize bancassurance performance.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of bancassurance data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to interpret complex data sets.
• Present findings and recommendations to Partnership Management Team and other stakeholders.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts in clear and concise manner.

Reporting:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Partnership.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.

Strategic Support:

• Provide analytical insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other business units to align analytics with business objectives.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Develop and refine analytical models to support business initiatives.

Ad Hoc:

• Participates in inter-departmental strategic initiatives that would impact partnerships and other initiatives internal to Partnership Team.
• Other analytics support requirements that Partnership Team may need in delivering its KPIs.
