<<Responsibilities>>

-Fundamental data analysis job

-Develop the efficient Data/Yield analysis environment.

-Pioneer to explore new innovative data solution.

-Complex and multi factor task/projects.

<<Requirement(Must)>>

-Knowledge and/or experience of basic statistics and statistical analysis.

-Experience of working in Semiconductor Industry

-Collaborate with PE process engineers to identify and support yield correlation of process and equipment issues.

<<Requirement(Want)>>

-Detailed Knowledge of Micron DRAM Probe testing

-Detailed Knowledge of Micron DRAM Process Integration

-Knowledge of ESDA

-Familiar with Micron Data mining techniques and tools

-Thoroughly understand electrical test results, characteristics, and device physics.

-Excellent communication skills and can report in meetings.

-Can prioritize among many tasks and solve problems with minimal direction.

Bachelor’s degree

<<Experience>>

-Requirement

-At least 3 years experience as PI/YE/RDA engineers or equivalent

-Continuous understandings of the phenomena and logical thinking.

-Dealing with requirement from customer consistently and proactively.

-Data analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, technical skills to identify, quantify, and solve business problems.

-Ability to work collaboratively across an organization.

-必要条件

-PI／YE／RDAエンジニア、または同等の職種で3年以上の経験を有すること。

-データ分析、問題解決およびトラブルシューティングのスキル、ビジネス上の問題を特定、定量化、解決するための技術スキル。
