Hey there!
We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.
Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
About the Role
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead and scale a high-performing EMEA sales team focused on long-tail advertising partners, ensuring consistent revenue growth across Iberia (Spain, Italy, Portugal), France & BENELUX, and the UK with Australia & APAC coverage
- Manage and coach a team of junior sales professionals (BDRs), instilling a high-performance culture and pushing the team to exceed individual and collective targets
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales processes — from lead generation to closing and renewal — to drive efficiency, performance, and revenue at scale
- Act as a player-coach: keep a select book of strategic accounts, actively participate in key partner pitches and negotiations to support junior sellers, and ensure consistency in messaging and delivery
- Own EMEA pipeline and forecast in Salesforce with a data-driven approach to market segmentation, prioritization, and expansion
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and renewal rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Editorial (content production), Growth/Yield, and Marketing — to refine SMN's value proposition and package advertising products that deliver for clients and protect margin
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sellers as the EMEA team grows; build repeatable market playbooks
- Stay on top of media and advertising industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovation opportunities to keep the team one step ahead
- Serve as a cultural and strategic leader within the revenue organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a bias toward action
About You
Here's what you should bring to the table:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, including experience leading — or clear readiness to lead — teams focused on long-tail accounts or SMB segments, ideally in media, advertising, or digital sales
- A track record of closing branded content, sponsorship, or media partnership deals yourself — you know the full cycle from prospecting to close
- Proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong coaching mentality; you are passionate about developing junior talent and have a track record of lifting teams to hit ambitious goals
- Experience designing and executing scalable sales processes, including pipeline management, segmentation strategies, and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
- International mindset — comfortable working across the time zones, cultures, and markets this role covers
- Bilingual fluency required (English native level + at least one additional language; Spanish or French preferred given the markets)
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), sales automation tools, and a strong grasp of analytics for performance improvement
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on approach — you're just as comfortable setting direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to close a deal
