Senior Staff FAE High Power

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide technical support of Infineon high power products (discrete, modules etc) with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in xEV related applications, focus on OBC/DCDC & power supply applications in target customers
• Support design-in activities as well as the problems/issues solving in customer project development and mass production stage
• Collaborate with sales as the first contact window to Infineon automotive customers
• Sell and promote IFX related products with differentiating features/solutions to achieve a design-win in the customer projects
• Feedback technical requirements from the customers into the organization

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering
• 8+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications
• Hands-on experience on Si/SiC/GaN in power conversion applications in industry or automotive applications - experiences in OBC/DCDC are preferred
• Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si/SiC/GaN),electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.
• Rich system knowhow of power conversion and related core devices in target system: from control to power
• EMC/EMI experience is preferred
• Good customer communication & presentation skills
• Fluent speaking & writing in English
• Teamwork, self-discipline and innovative
• Willingness to travel
