Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager is responsible for creating and implementing account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and profitable growth within the assigned accounts.
The successful account manager draws from deep leadership, communication, and technical skills to identify high-value problems with customers and leads a virtual team of experts across multiple disciplines to craft and present innovative winning proposals to customers as part of often lengthy, complex sales cycles.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Sell semiconductor factory automation software, maintenance, and services to customers within the assigned region.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new software and services opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
- Lead complex software sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and present winning customer solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, software licenses, maintenance agreements, statements of work, and commercial terms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- Communicate industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of enterprise software, automation, industrial technology, or account management experience.
- Industry experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, MES, CIM, industrial software, or related technology markets preferred.
- Location near Grenoble preferred.
- Fluent in business-level English and French (verbal and written). Italian is a plus.
- English resume is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred, including Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Additional Information
- Travel is required to support customer engagement, account development, and business growth activities. Depending on customer location and business requirements, travel of up to 40% may be required.

Salary Range:
€88 200,00 - €121 300,00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
