We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, fun team member to join our team.Experience in the dental field is a must. Prior experience in an Orthodontic setting is even better! Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus.

Schedule: Day shiftCompensation: $23-$29 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Greet each patient as they enter the office
- Acknowledge each patient and schedule as they leave the office
- Schedule appointments
- Work recall lists monthly
- Respond to new patient request for initial consultation
- Enter new patient information, including insurances and getting fax backs
- Manage office email
- Correctly save and file documents, notes and xrays
- Email new patients and tx letters to dentist
- Email xrays to dentist
- Request xrays from Dentist
- Use of multi-line phone to make, answer, and direct phone calls
- Able to multi task
Experience
- Prior hands-on dental experience (front desk) is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus
