About the Role
In this role, you’ll:
- Design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, automation tools, and intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with business and security standards.
- Create and optimize system architectures, reusable frameworks, and guidelines for AI adoption across the organization.
- Lead hands-on prototyping, validation, and testing of AI solutions.
- Promote best practices for quality assurance, governance, and safety in AI systems.
- Mentor colleagues through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving support.
- Stay informed about evolving AI technologies and assess their practical application.
- Act as a trusted resource for resolving complex technical challenges.
Your Profile
- Significant experience in software engineering (typically 8+ years) with working knowledge of Python, Java, and TypeScript.
- At least 2 years of practical experience building solutions using Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with architectures, workflows, and frameworks for AI agents and orchestration.
- Proficiency in API design, integration methods, and data security principles.
- Understanding and experience with tools such as LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), CrewAI, and other AI frameworks.
- Ability to work across varied platforms, including pro-code and low-code solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate in a team-focused environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning in AI compliance, privacy, and emerging trends.
