Ecommerce Operations Manager
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Summary
We are hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, platform performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across online platforms.
- Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Analyze sales and operational performance metrics.
- Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate product listings and platform compliance.
- Lead and develop the ecommerce operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of ecommerce or retail operations experience.
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms and fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
