THE JOB:
Step into a hands-on career as a Tile Setter at ARIA, where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail help maintain one of the most sophisticated resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. In this role, you'll install, repair, and restore tile throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, ensuring every surface reflects the exceptional quality and luxury our guests expect.
From ARIA's stunning architectural design to its world-class dining, gaming, and entertainment venues, your expertise plays a vital role in preserving the beauty, safety, and elevated experience that define our resort!
THE STARTING RATE: $38.14 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Install, repair, replace, and maintain tile, stone, grout, and related surfaces throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Inspect tile surfaces for damage, cracks, loose tiles, and wear, and perform necessary repairs to maintain safety and appearance
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship
- Perform daily inspections of assigned areas and proactively identify and complete tile and grout repairs to support the resort's luxury standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of tile installation techniques, surface preparation, grout application, and repair methods
- Prior experience installing, repairing, and maintaining tile, stone, grout, and related flooring or wall surfaces preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
