Description

YOU’RE A natural host WHO KNOWS HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL WELCOME — AND LEAVE A lasting IMPRESSION.

The Opportunity

You’re the kind of person who can turn a visit into an experience.

You thrive in environments where people are at the center of everything you do — greeting visitors, sharing stories, and making every interaction feel meaningful. You’re just as comfortable helping someone find what they need as you are bringing history to life in a way that’s engaging and memorable.

As a Centennial Exhibit Community Agent, you’ll be the face of AMA’s offsite Centennial Exhibit — welcoming members and guests, sharing the story of who we are, and helping create an experience that reflects our Practically Family promise.

From supporting exhibit operations to promoting community events, you play a key role in ensuring every visitor leaves feeling informed, valued, and connected to AMA.

Part 1 • Official Opening / VIP event: Sept 25
• General public operations: Sept 26–Nov 13
• Deinstall: Nov 14–15

Part 2 • General public operations: Jan 8–Jan 29
• Deinstall: January 29–30

* This role is for a 4-6-month opportunity with the possibility of extension. *

  • You represent professionalism while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Welcome visitors and create a positive, engaging first impression of AMA

  • Share AMA’s history and Centennial story in a way that’s informative and memorable
