Ridgeway Post Acute
Pay: $65-$70 per hour
Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time opportunities and offer a supportive environment where clinicians can make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
