The Role:
Logitech is looking for Kinaxis Rapid Response Senior Analyst with 12+ years’ experience in delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementations. This role must have strong analytical and configuration experience in both Rapid response and Oracle eBS (R12 / Fusion)
The role involves delivering end to end planning solutions for global Operations planning, including the specific planning development to support different business segments across Consumer, Logitech for Business and, DTX e-commerce. The role involves the development of future state capabilities across component planning, build planning (Master Production Scheduling) as well as advancing our Kinaxis Agentic and AI capabilities. The candidate will need to have the flexibility to support specific shift patterns as part of our global 24x6 support coverage to the global operations business function.

Understands Supply Chain Planning business processes, design, configure and develop a solutions to meet our business needs
Ability to review functional specs and designs, and provide inputs to influence and enhance the quality of deliverables
Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Lead end-to-end component planning for JDM and Contract manufacturing ensuring JDM partners meet rigorous production timelines and quality benchmarks
Delivery Clear-to-Build" (CTB) capabilities to manage Critical component forecasting, focusing on high-risk, long-lead time parts
Configure Supply chain module to manage planning for products that require final assembly, kitting, or specialized labeling (VAS) at distribution centers
Develop forecasting models specifically for low-volume, high-variability service parts and warranty replacements.
Configure AI-driven demand sensing to ingest external signals (market trends, weather, geopolitical data) to refine short-term forecasts.
Responsible for the architect of an Agentic Supply Chain, where AI agents autonomously monitor, reason, and recommend actions to improve the plan accuracy and to manage anomalies in planning data and parameters
Act as the point of contact for technical and supply chain disruptions to provide coverage across all the regions. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recovery efforts during high-priority (P1) system or supply failures.
Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, Component Planning and Order fulfillment
Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing, iStore, and iSupplier
Implementation experience in configuring Supply planning Demand planning, Order fulfilment modules
Hand on experience in performance tuning, bug fixing & application upgrade in Kinaxis application
Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with Oracle ERP systems
Should have experience in Agile project management practice.
Experience in Authoring Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requested
Preferable to have Contributor and Authoring Level2 Certification
Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management modules will be a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferable experience in Project management tools like Asana & JIRA.
Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS will be a plus
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset
Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
Able to set priorities on a continuous basis
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
Education:
Degree in Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
Knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes
Fluent English
