Job Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance of Retirement product, working with more senior Product Managers in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the product and responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders
Ability to work with Excel
Day to day administration
Communicating with stakeholders on product updates, training and reporting related topics
Identifying processes requiring improvement or automation to mitigate risk to the business
Identifying escalated items and working with management towards a timely resolution
Required:
