IT Cybersecurity & Governance Associate/Sr. Associate | Makati (14th Month Pay Guaranteed!)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (with the possibility of a hybrid setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed IT assurance and business consulting engagements covering information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and business resilience, ensuring projects were delivered on time and aligned with engagement objectives.
• Conducted client walkthroughs to evaluate IT processes and internal controls, identify key risks, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Oversaw engagement teams by delegating responsibilities, reviewing workpapers and project deliverables, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with firm methodologies and quality standards.
• Collaborated closely with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to communicate engagement progress, resolve issues, and facilitate the timely completion of project milestones.
• Supported the successful execution of consulting engagements by managing documentation, coordinating project activities, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accountancy, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in IT assurance, cybersecurity, IT governance, IT risk, or GRC-related engagements.
• Experience in IT controls testing, cybersecurity assessments, risk analysis, audit documentation, and client walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
