What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, the Talent Partner, Campus will attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges across Canada and globally. In this role, you will lead campus recruitment initiatives, support internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs, and partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines that support SOTI's continued growth.

The Campus & Early Career Talent Team is responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-touch relationships with targeted colleges, universities, and community partners, managing student recruitment activities and events, and elevating SOTI's employer brand to attract top emerging talent. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talent acquisition at SOTI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key universities, colleges, and community partners to develop and strengthen SOTI's campus talent pipeline.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates across internship, co-op, and early-career hiring programs.
  • Facilitate the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time SOTI employees upon graduation.
  • Help design and execute university recruitment strategies to attract top talent through career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours, networking events, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, hiring managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to determine hiring goals and workforce plans for university and graduate-level talent.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives that increase awareness of SOTI as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, talent initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Experience You'll Bring

  • A drive and passion for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives
  • Confidence in building relationships and creating networks, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and customer service; a creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of initiative who is always looking for opportunities to add value.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A commitment to identifying and hiring exceptional talent.
  • Flexibility to travel within Ontario during peak campus recruiting season
  • Ability to travel to trade shows, and company events as required. Personal vehicle and valid driver's license are considered assets.
  • Any other duties as assigned
