Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a 3 Waters Engineer to join our Hamilton team in the Waikato. This is a role for someone who wants to do good work on meaningful infrastructure projects that make a real difference to the community, while helping shape water infrastructure for the future.
You’ll work across a variety of 3 waters projects delivering water, wastewater and stormwater solutions from procurement through to delivery and handover. You’ll make sure every project is well run, contractually sound, and ready for ongoing operations. It’s a great fit for someone who likes variety, enjoys building strong partnerships, and takes pride in delivering Good Work that lasts.

• Work closely with Managers and wider project teams to deliver practical outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Support projects from concept through to construction.

• A relevant tertiary qualification, likely a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience in water, wastewater or stormwater projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
