About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As an F&B Server at CottoCrudo Restaurant, you will create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized, and professional service. You will guide guests through our food and beverage offerings, share your knowledge of dishes, wines, and cocktails, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of Four Seasons hospitality. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, service, and creating meaningful guest connections.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
• Share detailed knowledge of menu items, wines, and signature cocktails with guests
• Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
• Ensure the accurate processing of guest checks and payments through Micros
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel procedures
• Assist with restaurant setup, table preparation, and maintaining a polished dining environment
• Support dining reservations and guest seating when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and operational areas
• Monitor the condition of restaurant facilities and equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Interest in wine, cocktails, and culinary experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide detailed and engaging menu recommendations
• Experience using POS systems and hospitality technology is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality

• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
