You will be joining Data Factory Department, within Orange Business Data-AI Direction.

We are looking for an experienced IT team manager for Federated Inventory and Product Catalog IT applications domain. These tools are critical assets to deliver the best digital experience both to our internal and external customers (Service Management 2.0, NewCo, Vibe e-care, Evolve, API for business). 

 

Main missions

• Build with all stakeholders IT products roadmap. Deliver it with respect to agreed timelines.
• Ensure SLA, IT operations support, security requirements compliance
• Deliver an optimal data quality on your applications
• Build a trusted network with the numerous actors around us, by demonstrating reliability, transparency, and responsibility
• Manage the team : day to day team animation, internal and external hiring process, teammates skills development, budget management, HR processes
• Propose and implement continuously improvement plans

Education

• Graduated from engineering school or the same through university cursus
• English and French fluent

Professional skills

• Significant experience(s) in IT team management (6+ years)
• Results driven
• Ability to build strong cooperations with other teams
• Capacity to generate a solid team spirit 
• Agile methodology (Safe, Scrum)
• Curiosity, deep attention to fine details

Technical skills

• ITIL processes 
• DBMS SQLServer, PostgreSQL 
• Cloud and containers, Azure
• CI/CD
