Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist – Marketing to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM workflows, supporting marketing automation initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and improving lead nurturing processes. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to leverage data to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, customer journeys, and marketing automation processes.
- Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns while supporting prospect management throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Maintain integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve lead conversion and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, marketing technology, IT, or a related role.
- Good understanding of databases, data structures, marketing automation, APIs, HTML/CSS, and basic scripting.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for digital marketing, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies.
