KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Experience Guru: Greet guests with genuine warmth and help them navigate the menu like a pro. Whether it’s a quick coffee or a full breakfast, you make every order feel like a VIP moment.
- Buffet Boss & Order Pro: Keep the buffet stocked and looking fresh, while handling orders with speed and accuracy using our POS system. You’re the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps service smooth and satisfying.
- Money Matters Master: Handle cash transactions with precision and confidence—no mix-ups, no stress, just smooth sailing.
- Teamwork Dynamo: Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen and hotel crew to keep things flowing. From opening to closing duties, meetings to safety checks, you’re always on point and ready to roll.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.

Located in Appleton, 1.5 miles from Lawrence University, Courtyard by Marriott Appleton Riverfront has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness center and a bar. This 3-star hotel features free WiFi and a garden. All rooms features air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, a coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. The hotel provides some rooms that feature a balcony and river view, and the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and a closet.
