About the Position

About the position : Specialist, Human Resources
The role will be based out of our Ahilyanagar Manufacturing facility and will be reporting to the Director- Human Resources.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Manage employee and contingent worker onboarding, hiring and separations.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee records in different HR systems.
- Drive HR process compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards.
- Being a voice of the increasing women’s network in the Nagar manufacturing plant.
- Driving Employee engagement activities for the location.
- Being the main contact point for liasoning with HR Service providers for both locations
- Working with external stakeholders like regulatory authorities, organisations to deliver harmony and value.
- Raising bills, liasoning with vendors for payments related to various HR activities and processes
- Managing different internal and external audits like ISO 9001, IATF, etc as well as Customer Audits.
- Participating in Global and Regional HR initiatives and driving them to closure
- Managing the Training & Development needs of the Contingent Workers and employees of the location
- Foster a positive employee relations climate across the plant.
- Address grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee concerns.
- Monitor training effectiveness and learning compliance.

Your Profile:
You should have 4-8 years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing organisation with a good understanding of the various Statutory Regulations. The candidate should be comfortable in managing permanent employees and contract labour. Exposure to HRMS/ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, or similar systems would be a strong advantage. Good MS Excel and HR reporting skills preferred. An Academic background in Labour Law/Relations is an added advantage.
