Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

General and Task Management: To be responsible for VTS Inventory management

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)

General

• Knowledge on Incoming inspection of Stocks (Instruments, Accessories, Spare and Consumables) with reference to Import shipment, domestic shipment & branch returns along with relevant documents.
• Knowledge on Material Binning, Putaway, Picking, dispatch preparation & outward documentation (incl: DC, Invoice, packing list, E-waybill, docket number).
•  Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized materials are stored in the warehouse along with regular cycle count process & periodic physical count process

VTS Stock Management

• Responsible for keeping track of VTS stocks at plant level
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software
• To be able to coordinate with internal departments and for timely VTS devices supply
• To drive best practices for segregating VTS stocks basis its type and storage requirements
• To be able to analyze inventory data to identify trends , slow moving items and opportunities for optimization
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records regularly and publish the data

 VTS Inventory Movements

• To support VTS team by organizing documentation to transport devices for various conferences, swap and service request.
• To maintain records of all VTS demo given , monitor start and end dates and publish data periodically.
• To be responsible for maintaining TAT for device delivery interms of service breakdowns.
• Document any damages during transportation and follow up with respective teams for efficient transportation or for insurance claim

GRN / Accounting/ Vendor Payments

• Able to do SAP GRN posting & reporting (MIGO & MIRO) for the materials received upon with proper check of documents & materials (as packing list for quantity & condition).
• SAP other transactions like consumption, STN’s & FB60 posting, Reports, stock mvt analysis & knowledge on various T-codes, Mvt types etc
• To be able to use inventory management software for conducting GRN by coordinating with all departments
• To coordinate with procurement team for PO’s and material codes and complete the GRN in time to facilitate sales
• To follow up for invoice submission and timely payments with other functions.

VTS Repair/Swap

• To support with relevant documentation/ information necessary for other functions to export the device for repair and return
• Work with global team and local VTS team to ensure all service numbers are recorded before the goods are being dispatched and follow up until they are received back.

VTS Order invoicing & Supply

• To coordinate with VTS team for order invoices every month and invoice and supply as per warehouse norms
• To coordinate with IT team for any support required during the invoicing stage and resolve any glithces with their support

To publish inventory consumption report every month to finance team and monitor differences between net sales reports and inventory consumption if any

Requirements

Education : Bachelors/Masters -Any stream

Work Experience : 5 Years / Previous experience in inventory management

Other Skills :

• SAP MM module knowledge (Must)
• Good read, write and communicate in English (Must)
• Good knowledge in MS office (MS Excel must)
