We're looking for a Senior Analyst to own end-to-end tracking implementation across web and app properties for our client portfolio, from tagging architecture through to reporting and root-cause diagnosis when data goes wrong. This is a hands-on, technical analytics role: you'll be the person who makes sure the data clients and internal teams rely on is actually accurate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tagging & Tracking Implementation

• Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers (both client-side and server-side) across client properties
• Implement and troubleshoot marketing/ad platform pixels and scripts (CM360, Meta Pixel, Snap Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar), ensuring accurate campaign-level tracking and tag firing across channels
• Configure and QA Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event tracking, custom dimensions/metrics, and conversion events
• Implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for server-side event tracking, ensuring accurate deduplication against Pixel data
• Set up and manage Google Tag Gateway (GTG) implementations for first-party tag serving via CDN, improving signal accuracy against ITP/ad-blocker data loss
• Implement and configure Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) SDKs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) for app attribution and in-app event tracking
• Maintain tracking taxonomy consistency across web and app, and own the central documentation (data layer specs, event dictionaries, naming conventions)

1. Reporting

• Build and maintain recurring performance and attribution reports/dashboards for client and internal stakeholders (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/PowerPoint)
• Translate raw tracking data into clear, actionable insight for marketing and client teams
• Automate recurring reporting workflows to reduce manual turnaround

 

 

1. RCA & Implementation Analysis

• Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies (e.g. unattributed / "(not set)" sessions, cross-platform data mismatches)
• Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues across web and app implementations
• Run periodic implementation audits (GTM container health, event QA, CAPI match-rate checks, MMP SDK verification) and deliver clear findings and fixes

Requirements

• 3+ years in web/app analytics, tagging, or marketing technology (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on expertise with GTM (client-side and server-side) and GA4
• Practical experience with Meta CAPI or other server-side conversion APIs
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Gateway or server-side tagging architecture
• Familiarity with major ad platform tags/pixels (CM360, Meta, Snap, TikTok, or similar)
• Experience implementing or managing an MMP platform (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar)
• Strong RCA/analytical skills; comfortable in GA4 Explore/BigQuery, and SQL a plus
• Experience building stakeholder-facing reports and dashboards
• Strong communication skills; client-facing experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience running tracking across multiple client accounts/verticals concurrently
• Familiarity with consent management platforms and privacy-compliant tracking setups
• Light scripting/automation ability (Python, GTM custom JS/HTML templates)
