This Representative Administration role is responsible for providing comprehensive executive support to the Site Leader while managing overall site administration, office operations, workplace services, and employee engagement activities. The position serves as a key coordinator across leadership, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workplace operations, high-quality administrative services, and a positive employee experience.

This position reports to the EHS & Factory Supervisor and is part of the Site Administrative Support team located in Suzhou SIP and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide calendar, travel, meeting, and event support to the Site Leader.
• Coordinate executive meetings, VIP visits, and business events.
• Manage office operations, administrative budgets, facilities, and workplace services.
• Oversee vendors and employee services, including transportation, catering, and workplace facilities.
• Organize employee engagement and culture-building activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in workplace experience and administrative processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years' experience in administration, executive assistant, office management, or related functions, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and office operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
