Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Turn Manager are as follows:
- Pre inspections of units on notice
- Walks of units at move outs
- Scheduling all make ready tasks in the unit and walking behind the vendors to ensure quality.
- Create all make ready related Purchase Orders.
- Order all make ready related supplies.
- Complete final inspections on units once completed.
- Review and inspect vacancies and models on a weekly basis.
- Assist in processing all make ready related invoices.
- Work closely with the Business Manager and Maintenance supervisor regarding business operations.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
The qualifications for an Turn Manager are as follows:
- A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- General computer skills/ability to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Thorough knowledge of the various steps and expectations of the make ready process.
- Multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time.
