Job Details
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality operational and technical support to pharmacies across Norway. The role serves as a key point of contact for pharmacy employees, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents, requests, and operational inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The Customer Care Specialist coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, wholesalers, master data teams, market teams, and pharmacy operations, to ensure stable pharmacy operations and timely resolution of issues. The role is critical in enabling pharmacy employees to effectively use systems, tools, and processes while remaining compliant with company policies and procedures.
Governance and Case Management
Monitor and triage incoming tickets, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate support team
Own-case follow-up and documentation to ensure clear handovers and timely resolution
User Support & Backoffice Support:
Operations Support: Provide day-to-day support to pharmacies across core tools, pharmacy system (Ascent) and way of working
Technical and IT-Support: Manage user access to systems and relevant platforms, including shared mailboxes and telephony services at pharmacy. Support of pharmacy hardware (e.g., PCs, printers and scanners)
Supply Chain Support: Support key operational processes related to e.g., Ordering, deliveries, documentation and daily settlements and other delivery-related questions
Master data Support: Create, maintain and update customer and pharmacy information in core systems to ensure data quality
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, or sales support, or a related field required.
Certification in HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent preferred.
