Buyer

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Buyer to join our procurement team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines strategic purchasing with quality assurance oversight. In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of drawing parts procurement, from order release to delivery, while also ensuring our global suppliers meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•    To manage purchase order release, and follow up suppliers’ delivery, to ensure the lines running smoothly and inventory control
•    Prepares purchase orders, follow up order requests/deliveries with suppliers. Co-odinate/communicate with other deptments on order requets/tech. Requiremnts if needed
•    System updating and maintenance
•    Perform other duties, assignments and special projects that may be required from time to time
•    Harmonizing global supplier quality process and tool.
•    Monitor, report, and drive improvements based on defined quality KPIs.
•    Conduct evaluations for new suppliers and periodic re-evaluations for existing suppliers.
•    Supervise supplier manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•    Perform on-site inspections at supplier facilities.
•    Communicate and enforce global quality requirements to suppliers.
•    Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain expected professional conduct and performance.

Expectations for you: 
•    Advanced Colleague / Bachelor
•    Sourcing/Purchase skills, drawing ability, commercial parts sourcing/order process are necessary.
•    Experience with an industrial working environment
•    Familiar with SAP
•    Familiar with drawing parts order follow up/deliveries
•    Familiar with drawing parts order process.
•    SQE Experience in managing suppliers 
•    English skill
