With a large and rapidly growing portfolio of clients, we are looking for a proactive, B2B business-savvy Senior Strategy Consultant to join our global Customer and Business Strategy team. What will your day look like?
As our new Senior Strategy Consultant, you will join our dynamic consulting practice, shaping executive recommendations and leading large-scale digital and commercial transformations for the Fortune 500. You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, working with both B2B and integrated B2B/B2C strategies.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- B2B & Digital Strategy Formulation: Defining future-proof B2B marketing, sales, and commercial strategies. Drawing accurate, insightful recommendations across topics including CRM strategy, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead management, omni-channel roadmaps, value propositions, vision statements, lifecycle optimization, and loyalty programs.
- Deliverable & Storyline Ownership: Taking full ownership of client deliverables, strategy approaches for executive management, playbooks, business review reports, and high-impact presentations built with visual aesthetics and strategic rigor.
- Data, Business Cases & Measurement: Analyzing marketing performance metrics to build robust business cases, financial modelling, measurement frameworks, benchmarks, and KPI reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Planning and facilitating interviews and interactive workshops with C-suite, senior management, and cross-functional client stakeholders.
- Account Growth & Transformation: Building trusted client relationships to drive strategic growth agendas and guiding clients through organizational change - including risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change communication.
- Thought Leadership & Business Development: Acting as a B2B Subject Matter Expert by developing POVs and sharing best practices internally and externally. Supporting growth and sales teams with pitches and new business development.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts across tech, data, creative, and account management teams globally. Externally, you will partner with both executive management and specialists across marketing, sales, digital, and technology functions. Our clients span diverse industries, from B2B industrials and technology to FMCG, automotive, retail, and financial services.
Note: As our clients and teams operate across global time zones, a flexible mindset and a willingness to travel are key.
What do you bring to the table?
You are a self-motivated strategy professional with a structured approach to solving complex, ambiguous business challenges. You seamlessly bridge the gap between big-picture strategic thinking and granular operational execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Consulting Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or an in-house corporate strategy department, with a proven focus on B2B marketing, commercial strategy, or customer growth environments.
- B2B Domain Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of B2B concepts such as ABM, complex sales cycles, lead nurturing, CRM strategy, mapping and optimization of lead process flows, and commercial excellence.
- Communication & Storytelling: Excellent PowerPoint, storytelling, and presentation skills - able to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of navigating complex organizational structures and building strong relationships with global stakeholders.
