Partner Marketing Manager

You will design and scale repeatable marketing programs that drive partners to generate pipeline and revenue. You will build frameworks, incentives, and engagement models that motivate channel partners to source deals. You will deliver measurable pipeline growth through data-driven program optimization.

About the Team

We drive revenue growth through channel partner marketing programs. Our team collaborates across sales, enablement, and events to activate partners at scale. We exist to turn partner engagement into measurable pipeline and business results.

Responsibilities

• Designing and scaling partner prospecting programs that generate pipeline through structured demand-generation activities targeting existing and new customers
• Building repeatable program frameworks, incentives, and participation models that motivate partners to source and progress opportunities across a broad partner base
• Tracking and reporting pipeline contribution and program performance, using data to optimize conversion, participation, and ROI
• Planning and executing partner events that drive engagement and create pipeline opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to convert participation into results
• Partnering with channel sales and enablement teams to align programs to pipeline targets and ensure partners have the resources to execute effectively

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrate 3–5 years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing with focus on demand generation and pipeline creation in technology or SaaS
• Build and scale repeatable, measurable marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
• Apply understanding of channel ecosystems and partner engagement models
• Manage multiple programs independently with strong project management and analytical skills
• Take ownership of programs end-to-end and remain accountable to pipeline targets
• Use data to drive decisions and optimize program performance
• Collaborate effectively with sales, enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
