Internship under IT Operations Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage incident and service order tickets as well as handle user management tasks such as access control. Create system and application documentation, including training materials to support users effectively. Assist with test management including creating and executing testcases. Collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data. Explore MS Outlook and MS Word plugins for capability with Agiloft and create installation packages. Analyze data using tools like MS Excel - Power Query. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel Power Query (desirable but not essential). Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
