A premier, highly successful private practice in Edinburg, Texas, is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Total Joints Orthopedic Surgeon to join their growing team. • Schedule / Hours: Standard clinical and surgical hours
• Call: Option for call, shared equitably with the existing orthopedic surgery team
• Patient Volume: Immediate, high-volume caseload from day one
• Location: Edinburg, Texas (Rio Grande Valley)
• Practice Setting: Established private practice orthopedic group
• Support / Care Team: Comprehensive multidisciplinary team, including dedicated practice development and marketing support
• EMR / Technology: Cerner EMR, state-of-the-art orthopedic technology, including surgical navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive total joint care, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and robust administrative support staff.
• Call Management: Option to participate in the shared call schedule to ensure seamless, continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Training: Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty is highly preferred
• Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Texas medical license
• Languages: Spanish language skills are a valuable asset but not required
