As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting government and commercial real estate locations, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, manage access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Pay Rate: $18.67 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government offices, commercial property areas, parking facilities, transit-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations; report observed hazards, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor management, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and adherence to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
